The Challenge

Overseeing unique brands with a national footprint can be challenging. Overseeing 26 brands with a national footprint during a rebrand and merger is chaos. To protect our 26 distinct brands at scale, my team could not simply police creative output. We had to operationalize the creative process, gain local-level adoption, and win the trust of a highly diverse group of leaders.

To do so, we started by building a foundation: our new brand architecture that featured the ScionHealth endorsement line and individualized guidelines.

With logos and guides solidified, we were able to leverage Adobe Workfront to update the creative request process. Moving content creation out from the local level freed up the marketing and communication professionals at each facility to focus more on challenges in the field and allowed my team create a cohesive style for all ScionHealth brands.
